Welcome to 2023 Public Square, the community-focused initiative led by Mercy Hill Church in collaboration with Prescott Community Cupboard Food Bank. We are dedicated to fostering community development and philanthropy in Prescott and its surrounding areas. Through our various programs, initiatives, and events, we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families in need.

Our Mission

At 2023 Public Square, our mission is to create a strong and united community built on love, compassion, and philanthropy. We believe that by coming together, we can address the challenges faced by our neighbors and create a brighter future for everyone. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to provide support, resources, and opportunities for individuals to thrive emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Programs and Initiatives

1. Food Assistance

Our flagship program, led by Prescott Community Cupboard Food Bank, focuses on providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing food insecurity. We operate a fully-stocked food pantry, where individuals can access nutritious food options to sustain their well-being. Through strategic partnerships with local farmers, businesses, and community members, we strive to ensure that no one goes hungry.

2. Educational Workshops

Knowledge is power, and we believe in empowering individuals to make informed choices for themselves and their families. Our educational workshops cover a variety of topics, including financial literacy, health and wellness, job readiness, and parenting. By equipping individuals with valuable skills and knowledge, we aim to uplift and empower our community members to reach their full potential.
