When freezing temperatures strike, most of us retreat to our warm and cozy homes, seeking refuge from the bitter cold. However, for our homeless neighbors, these cold nights pose an imminent threat to their health and safety.

Without a secure place to stay, individuals experiencing homelessness are left vulnerable to extreme weather conditions, which can lead to frostbite, hypothermia, and even death. It is crucial for communities to come together and provide support during these challenging times.

Prescott Community Cupboard Food Bank's Response

At Prescott Community Cupboard Food Bank, we understand the importance of offering assistance to those facing homelessness, especially during freezing temperatures. Our mission is to address food insecurity and provide comprehensive support to individuals and families in need.

During winter, we establish dedicated initiatives aimed at helping our homeless neighbors find warmth, shelter, and nourishment. Our team of dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that no one is left out in the cold.
